Tamatar ki chatni
Step :1 To make Tomato Chutney, first heat water in a vessel, then add tomato and garlic. Now Boil the tomatoes on medium heat for 5-6 minutes. Then let the tomatoes cool down and remove the skin of the tomatoes.
Step :2 Now cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Then add tomatoes and boiled garlic in a mixer jar and grind them finely.
Step :3 Heat a tablespoon of oil in a kadhai. Then mix cumin, mustard, bay leaf and let it roast for a while.
Step :4 Now mix tomato puree, Then add turmeric powder, red chili powder, black salt, white salt and mix well.
Step :5 Now after boiling the tomatoes, add the remaining water to the tomato chutney and cook the tomato chutney on medium flame till it becomes thick and keep stirring the chutney in between.
Step :6 Tomato chutney is ready. Switch off the gas. Take out in a bowl.
